I am embarking on a brand new work out regime today, as I would like to feel in shape at least enough to run a 5K in a few months. The last couple months have been busy so thus working out has taken a back seat. In order to pace myself, this morning I went for a brisk 5 minute walk and alternated walking (90 secs) and jogging (60 secs) for a total of 20 minutes. I didn’t think this would make me tired, but it felt like more of a workout than it should have. So here’s to getting back into shape.
