I added in an extra walk last night with my wife. I also Worked out again today. Pushed myself a little bit further 23 minutes today (I went around the park an extra loop). So 5 minutes brisk walk, alternated 60 secs jogging and 90 secs walking. I am trying to do 3 sets of this a day for a total of around an hour
